Bellua Asia Pacific: First in Indonesia to Receive ISO 27001 ISMS Certification

Bellua Asia Pacific has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001:2005 certification for their internal service delivery processes by BVQI Indonesia, the independent certification body of Bureau Veritas.

On 1 May 2006 Bellua Asia Pacific became the first company in Indonesia and ASEAN to be awarded the ISO 27001:2005 certificate for Information Security Management Systems.

PT Bellua Asia Pacific, Indonesia’s premier information security consulting services has demonstrated their high level of proficiency and commitment in information security management through undertaking a comprehensive programme of aligning their internal processes to ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS) domains, the internationally recognised benchmark in information security, culminating in a successful certification award.

This recognition also complements the earlier award of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, a unique achievement in the information security services area and confirming Bellua’s dedication to the industry and providing a yardstick for others to follow. Both certification audits were conducted by Bureau Veritas Quality International, the most widely recognized certification body in the world.
