Product Manager

Requirement:

• Must have enterprise software experience, preferably in a product management role
• Must have the ability to translate high level requirements into detailed product specifications
• Must have the ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
• Must have experience in managing an enterprise software product through the entire life cycle from initial requirements gathering through to product release and rollout
• Must have experience with defining requirements for a new product offering, including discovery research, concept and validation research
• Must have an understanding of third-party software platforms, integration, upgrade, supportability, and performance issues.

Marketing/Sales

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing or Sales for IT Industry
• Proven track record of developing and managing technical relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle
• Strong analytical, written and oral skills with attention to detail and follow through are essential. Excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• History of working in high energy, successful, start up environment. Demonstrate a drive to succeed, high level of motivation, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with customer technologists and other technical personnel within the organization

Application Developer

Requirement:

• Must have proven experience in developing application using C/C++ language.
• Must have proven experience using LINUX/UNIX-based RDBMS.
• Familiar with secure coding principles and practices.
• Have a sense of integrity and good communication skill.
• Is a fast learner with proven record of continuous learning.
• Have an ability to write a concise and clear technical documentation.
• Knowledge or experience on Perl/LISP/Scheme is preferred.
• Knowledge of information security and system architecture are preferred.

Web Designer

Requirement:

• Familiar with Illustrator, Flash, 3DS Max or Maya, Final Cut, CSS, HTML
• Talk with clients, and discuss ideas to get a clear understanding of their requirements
• Develop the website content
• Manage the image and copyrights of the company on the internet
• Decide on the design aspects of the website, such as how to use graphics, links and forms
• Make sure the text and graphic elements mesh together as a cohesive, eye-catching work
• Develop custom programs to extend the functionality of the website
• Talk with writers, designers, system administrators and other IT staff to make sure the website will fulfill its purpose
• Maintain or update the website once it is completed by adding new content, illustrations or features
• Coordinate other people, such as designers and writers, to help maintain the website.
• Creative and technical aptitude
• Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
• Committed to understanding new technology and upgrading skill

General Requirement:

• BS/BA degree Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline required for Product Manager and Marketing/ Sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills required for all positions.
