Hacker Emergency Response TeamThe Hacker Emergency Response Team is an international non-governmental organization of information security professionals and researchers.

HERT provide analysis and expertise on Information Security, Attack & defense in an information warfare setting and Reverse engineering. HERT also publish technical papers and organize round tables, seminars and workshops.

HERT was founded in 1998 and has active members in 24 countries.
